The hotel had a friendly service staff, and while the price was reasonable, the overall experience was dampened by the outdated rooms and the cleanliness issues. The location was nice being right on the beach, but it could get a bit rowdy with uncontrolled kids and noisy surroundings. Overall, it has potential but improvements are definitely needed.
